Delivered as promised - expected by December 31st but it arrived on the 30th. It took 13 days to reach me.

It's made of genuine leather, with a natural leather scent and no weird odors. It was very well packed, with 7 airbags, a bubble wrap and an extra protective cover. The handles got slightly creased during shipping but they straightened out quickly.

The bottom is firm, while the bag frame itself is soft, so it doesn’t hold a rigid shape.

The hardware is sturdy and the perforated coasters at the bottom are a great touch to prevent slipping and keep the base in good condition.
